What customers say?

“ I stopped in yesterday after my daughter’s practice for a little treat, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to help us out. It’s always a joy to support local businesses, and this one truly delivers. Great food and even better people. ”

“ Came yesterday with my mom. We both ordered a bacon avocado toast, I ordered a Cinnamon bun Latte and my mom ordered a some kind of Mocha. The employee who helped us was really nice, very polite. Recommended my mom a drink. The wait wasn't too long but when we went to leave and my mom was asking for a bag the other employee who was near her ignored her for a minute, another customer had to point her out, then the employee was kind of terse about it. ”

“ Had the tarochata (taro & horchata) and mocha almond fudge ice cream and they gave us a puppocino for free since we had our little doggy with us! The ice cream was delicious and it was nice to sample a few different flavours. Overall definitely worth it and I’d revisit for their many coffee drinks and food. ”

“ Tasted it for the first time! They had a truck stand at the Oakley farmers market! It was a hot day so it was perfect timing and really wanted something cold. It tasted real good! The size of the cup of this drink was surprisingly bigger than normal. The prize was not too bad either! I Will visit the actual store one of these days! Loving our local small businesses! Update: 2020 Cute little cafe that serves drinks from coffee, to tea, hot cocoa, to lemonade. They serve sundae's, desserts, waffles and different kinds of toast. First time ever coming here at their shop and yes they are open during COVID. They are practicing social distancing. No seating inside. You can only order for take out. The staff were pretty cool. There wasn't a line when I came by. I ordered the toast with Nutella topped with bananas. Hot cocoa came right away but it took a while for my toast to come. A bit too long just for a toast I say. But, when it came it tasted real good. Banana and Nutella really go good together. Not much more to say, not much going on around the area. Oh there's street parking which is cool. This is located in downtown Brentwood, in case you didn't know :). ”

“ Best ice cream next to a pour-house in Brentwood! Ice cream, oatmilk, almond milk and soy options usually available too, plus Italian ice! Kids get a treat, mom gets an affogato and dad gets a beer next door. Everyone wins! ”

“ 5 stars for effort. My opinion it’s over priced grocery store ice cream with kids handling the portions so it’s always to sweet or very bland. Not my cup of tea. Don’t recommend for the price. ”

“ Sip and Scoop has an amazing ice cream selection, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious! I wish I could remember the exact name of the flavor I ordered—something like the Fat Elvis—but whatever it was, it was delightful. The flavors were bold, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent. Beyond the ice cream, I also grabbed an iced vanilla latte for a little pick-me-up, and it was perfect—smooth, well-balanced, and exactly what I needed. The kids loved their ice cream, and the whole experience was just fantastic. I can’t wait to go back next time I visit Brentwood—this place is a must-stop for anyone who loves great ice cream and coffee! ”

“ I enjoy bringing kids to this cafe for their delicious ice cream. It's a nice place overall, but the ordering process could be significantly improved. The ice cream display and the ordering counter are located at different stands, which makes ordering multiple flavors a real hassle. Trying to remember long, often unpronounceable ice cream names while running back and forth between the stands is frustrating for both customers and staff. A simple solution would be to assign a number to each ice cream flavor and display that number clearly next to the name - how much easier it would be to say "three regular cups: 1, 6; 7, 12; 8, 11" instead of struggling with long names. This simple change would make a huge difference! ”
